Wow !!!! Your questions is so broad. Can't answer that question, until you explain what is really going on with you, your hair, and if your family have a history of baldness. There could be so many reasons that a persons hair could be falling out or thinning. One of the reasons could be stress, Styling, styling products, not caring for your hair, etc. too many reasons. You need to get to the source. Like figuring out why you have allergies, you have to determine what the cause is . Do a little homework, and try to get to the root of the problems before you freak out, this will help you narrow your choices down, and then you can make a smart decision/assessment of what is causing the problem. Personally, when I was having problems with my hair, is was because of abuse, neglect, too much heat from curling irons, experimenting with all the wrong products etc. . You just have to be very careful, and educate yourself I know it is very important to you, and your hair is your crown and glory, so take a deep breath, relax, and try to figure out what's happening with your hair. For healthy hair you need to be eating healthily %26amp; drinking lots of water. A proven ( all friends etc who have tried it love the results) way to help get hair into great condition is to wash your hair once or twice a week but condition it every day. For even better %26amp; faster results cover your hair with a shower cap once you've put the conditioner in as the extra heat helps it penitrate your hair better. Once a week do the above but leave it in as long as possible. I let my hair tell me when it's gotten as much out of the conditioner as it can when I leave it in. How? Once you've conditioned %26amp; covered your hair it will drip a bit in the first 5-10mins or so but then that will stop. After another 20mins-5 hours (if time permits) your hair will start dripping again as it relaxes %26amp; starts releasing un-needed conditioner %26amp; that's when you wash it out. To do this you don't need a special treatment conditioner (though it can be benifitial) to do this as your normal conditioner will do the job also. Oh, make sure you are using a conditoner that suits your hair type. Another thing, if your hair is in really bad shape it might be a good idea to use a baby shampoo as it is the least abraisive one on the market.

These homemade remedies are based on herbs and natural ingredients.



It can be made by a combination of meditation, diet, oil massage, herbs, breathing, aromatherapy and yoga.



Herbs for homemade remedies for hair loss



One takes the following herbs to make home remedy for hair loss:



4 parts of Bhringaraj



3 parts of Jatamamsi



5 parts of Dashamoola



Take all ingredients and add them into a hot goat milk (one full cup). Boiled this mixture very well. Drink this milk before going to bed at night for reducing hair loss.



Use the following essential oils for massage of hair to reduce hair loss:



Grapefruit



Jojoba oil



Lavender



Cedarwood



Bay



Lemon



Rosemary



Roman Chamomile



Home made remedies for reducing the hair loss:



Massage with olive oil before going to bed at night and next morning, wash off the hair gently.



Take some leaves of henna and boil them into mustard oil. Massage of this prepared oil is very effective to treat hair loss.



Ground well seeds of black pepper and lime to make a paste. It is useful for the treatment of patchy baldness.



Wash hair regularly with cold and clean water. After washing the hair rub the scalp with fingertips well. It is a simple way and beneficial remedy against hair loss.



Take a few drops of coconut milk and massage of this milk into the roots of hair all portion of the scalp.



If one wants to grow hair, trim the hair every one-month.



Avoid sharp clips, tight rubber bands and spiky brushes.



Never brush the hair when it is wet.



Do not over comb the hair.



Massage with bhongra juice is also very effective to reduce hair loss.



Take the powder of shana seeds and a few drops of essential oils such as sesame oil, coconut oil or castor oil. Mix both of them well and make a paste. Use this paste on scalp regularly.



Take a little amount of honey and a few drops of kanta karika juice. Mix both of ingredients very well and apply this mixture over the scalp.



Take the oil of Sagvan seeds and massage of this oil give amazing results.



Massage of aloe Vera gel or coconut milk over the scalp; leave it for about one hour. After this rinse the hair with warm water. It gives amazing results if one uses this massage at least 3-4 times a week.
