Tonight I'm dying my hair again (i'm a regular) an intense auburn. I tried to find a good one for my hair and got garnier nutrisse with fruit oil concentrates, double the nourishing avocado oil, and developed with natural ingredients to help you look healthy and feel better. My hair cutter lady told me to do auburn (it looks good in my hair), like retouch it (but i'm gonna redo it all) and then go to a coloring place and get low lights of dark auburn and high lights of a golden blonde. I questioned her about the time between so my hair wouldn't die but she said I had healthy hair (where usually i have dandruff but I dunno bout now because i used a moisturizing shampoo and milk conditioner) and said my hair would be able to handle it. Any advice? Serious only
Would this be ok for my hair?
you should be fine I have normal hair with pink highlights. if your hair stylist tells you that it should be fine then go with it. you may need to use a different shampoo. one used for colour would be best blond dye works best if the shampoo is sulfate free

if you go to a salon to get high/low lights put in.. firstly your low lights will grab colour fine, but the highlights might not lift to the shade u require. your hair gets damaged everytime you colour your hair.. just think everytime you colour your hair the hair cuticle is opening to depsoit the colour required so if your doing this more frequent than required, the cuticle will end up not laying flat and thats how your hair gets tangled and more split ends, and the moisture is lost. leading to dull unmanagable hair. Your sayin you usually have dandruff, thats only caused due to a dry scalp, nothing to do with the conditon of your hair.

Your hair may seem healthy, but you need a thorough check to actually determine it's "healthiness." I've used garnier nutrisse with fruit oil concentrates before, and it's safer and provided better result compared to other brands. You've said that your a regular right? It's ok now, but think about long-term affects that may happend.
