Eliminating hair frizzies ????

i have very fine hair, but if i let it air dry after washing it, it gets kinda wavy because there are so many layers in it. i don't mind the waves so much, but i DO mind the frizz!! i am trying to get my hair healthy again without using a straightening iron on it every day.. so i want to just be able to wash it and let it air dry without using any hot tools. my question is, what is a good remedy in making my wavy hair actually look good while eliminating the frizz? what can i do to accentuate the waves and get rid of those annoying frizzies?? detailed answers are welcome!! ;o)

i used to have the same problem.

but my hair doesn't have layers, and my hair's thinn.

i suggest garnier serum, and/or paul mitchell anti-frizz serum. i suggest paul mitchell because it's better, and also makes your hair pretty much..well....straight. and, after a while, garneir smells really bad in your hair.

that's it^ it's about $17 for a medium bottle, but it lasts a LONG time, and is totally worth it =]

you just put a dollop in your hair, or a couple squeezes, and your hair should stay frizzless. however, since you have layers, and thicker haiir, your gonna have to use a little more, and spread it evenly!

your hair won't stay frizzless for the whole day though, but most of the day.

oh, and my friend uses the garnier leave in conditioner, she has thick, curly hair, and she said it works for her. you could also try that, it works pretty well for my friendd.

anything by fruties garnier(SP) like their hair wax is rele good 4 that i use it. %26amp; a spray/leave in conditioner is rele good i have da same prob %26amp; dats wat i do

You could check out your local beauty supply store for hair serums that are made for frizzy hair.

Also getting leave in conditioners that are made to get rid of frizz would most likely help your hair over time.

hair serum! i swear by it. just rub a little between your hands and spread through your hair. blow drying at a downward angle would help too, but you don't need to if you want to avoid the heat on the hair.

but yes, hair serum. sometimes hair products can be amazing! i have both garnier fructis (its in a green, sphere-like botttle with a pump) or john frieda.. both good!
