I have tried high quality shampoo and conditioner, as well as deep conditioners/repair serums and leave in's, but my hair still drys out and splits. I have to constantly get it trimmed (at least once a month), so my hair is always short. I would really love to have longer hair for once. Any suggestions on how to keep my hair healthy long enough to grow some length? Thanks!

If you've tried pretty much everything as far as shampoos, conditioners and treatments are concerned, try Neways shampoo and conditioner. Their conditioner is soap free. It's strange when you first use it because it doesn't lather like normal shampoo. Within a week, you'll notice the difference.

Also, when you've shampooed your hair, towel dry it before putting the conditioner in. This means your hair is absorbing the conditioner, (it's not filled with water) and leave it in for 5 minutes.
