No matter what i do i cant get my hair healthy. I just recently cut off most of the damage, i condition in the shower, i use leave in conditoner every day, and i deep condition every other day. It just feels like im fighting a loseing battle. I mean i havent dryed my hair in months! what i want to ask is, is there anything more i could be doing?

Once hair has left the scalp, it is essentially dead. You need to keep hair health from the inside. Try eating better, and taking a daily vitamin. Your body is starving for proper nutrition, our hair and nails is the first sign of that starvation.

all you can do is shave it off completely and let it grow back

remember to be gentle to your hair from now on

Stop conditioning so much. You are weighing your hair down with all that stuff. Too much has the same effect as too little products.

If either of your conditioners/leave in are protein treatments, they could be damaging your hair. Protein, while adding strength, can make the hair a bit brittle/inflexible. So, it's ok to do a protein treatment once a week, or so, but not more. Also, if your hair is not extremely oily, you should not be shampooing it every day. If it is extremely oily, concentrate on shampooing your scalp, and leave the ends alone. Ther are a myriad of other possibilities, so here are a few of my responses: Vitamin deficiency...make sure you're taking a good multivitamin/mineral supplement; If you're coloring it yourself, stop. See a Professional; Stop Obsessing...this could just be something you're overworked about. Go ahead and blowdry your hair. Just make sure you blow down the shaft/away from the scalp, so that the cuticle lies flat. Use a brush to help smooth it. You could be misinterpreting frizz as damage. Stop with the leave in conditioner, unless your stylist sold it to you. Most brands available at the drug/grocery store have tons of alcohol in them.

I hope this helps.

You are over conditioning your hair, once a week for the deep conditioning. Go to a salon every 2 weeks it may help get you hair back healthy.
