Dying My Hair, BLEACH, DARK BROWN...?

My nautaral hair color is ALMOST dark brown. My nautural color is 3 inches grown out from my scalp. More towards the front part its black. And in the back its a brownish/copper/gold/redish color. It use to be BLONDE int he back then my friend did red did red over it. So now its that ICKY color.

I want all of my hair to be Dark Brown with a little bit of WHITE BLONDE peices her and there, Im afraid if its in the back then the RED tones will show thru, and im afraid to do it n the front cuz I dont wanna strip the black color cuz Im trying to keep my hair healthy, HELP please lol
