Washing/wetting hair daily?

I'm one of those luck folks (HA) with baby fine hair that was naturally curly to the point of almost frizzy that I've always had to wash and dry or at least wet and dry out my hair daily or I just wouldn't look human. Sleeping on baby fine hair tends to take any style you've attempted to muster completely out of it. Anyway, my hair was chemically damaged by a permanent chemical straightener 6 months ago. The back was growing back in and the sides were a lot shorter than the back because I had it cut over and over and over within 4 weeks each time. I look a LOT better with longer hair - healthy or not because at least I can pull it back or partially back. So, I got extensions just in the sides to add a little length to the sides %26amp; fullness. They are the great lengths %26amp; she cut them down the middle and across making them thinner to not add too much weight to my hair. However, they have to wet or washed and blown out with blowdryer %26amp; round brush daily or they look like stringy crap

Okay I can't help you. Different race and genetics have a huge part to play.

Washing your hair everyday is a nono. Why because of friction and dryness. If you have fine hair you need to get a fuss free style for the week and then you can go crazy during the weekends.

You need to condition and care for it and stop using chemicals. (Disapproving glare) If you're so proud of your hair you should pay better attention to it. That way you can flaunt it in front of us so we can envy you but while you still butchering it I'm not looking at you.

I think its pretty normal to wash your hair daily, Unless you are black , they tell me they don't wash their hair for like 2 weeks

You dont need to wash your hair daily it kills all the oils in it. You need to wah it every other day. It doesnt hurt to wet it though

there are several styles you can create as your hair is growing just cut the least amount bpossible to get one. you may even love what you see . if you go to the extreme and cut too much it will take forever to grow. a bob is a great way to go and let the back grow out of the bob and eventually it will all go into the long hair . so.... very small amounts on the legth if any, just the layers can be cut more. hope this helps.

woah

Washing/wetting hair daily?

well, dont wash your hair like everyday or it'll be frizzy and would cause hair damage due to dryness.maybe like 3-4 times a week.the neutrients in your hair would be healthy and u can put some hair creams on your hair.

if u want to continue to have straight hair u can use this methods:

dont rub your hair with towel.as it cause them to stand

when using a hairdryer, use it downwardsmotion towards the end of your hair

rinse your hair locks in cool waterto seal the hair cuticles

stop frequent shampooing as it encourages frizz

method 2:

leave the conditioner on for a few minutes before rinsing it out

wrap your hair in a towel with the conditioner on and let your hair 'soak' for about 10-15 minutes

then rinse it out

when you are done, wrap your hair in a towel for several minutes to get out the access water insted of rubbing the towel over your head

put on some mousse and comb it in

dont comb until your hair is dry

if you want curly hair then:

use hot rollers and curl in section place piece by piece, curl some tight and some loose

u can use curly irons

it helps !

i got the ideas from some of the other as i felt its seeed reasonable and useful so i juz wanted to share these ideas with you...hope it would help
