my hair is dry, damaged, frizzy, and i also have little hairs sticking up.

i want healthy hair.

what do i need to use or take?

Hair help,please help?

You can do a conditioning treatment that helps tonssss...

also if you use products such as mousse , hair spray don't as much anymore that stuff builds up on your hair ..

if you blow dry or flat iron go natural some days ..

frizz ease is good, bedhead products are good to use ( leave in conditioners)

Hair help,please help?

here is some questions i want u to answer:

1-is ur hair chemically treated(permed or dyed).

2-ur hair is short, long or medium tall?

3-u r asian , white , afro, mixed or other?

second:

A-ur hair is dry that means u have split ends so u have to trim ur hair, trimming ur hair will make it look healthier and grow faster.

B-ur hair is damaged from styling using heat,i wont tell u to stop straighten ur hair, but at least u should do the basic hair care

basic hair care:

before using a hair straigthener u should add a thermal protecter or a good pressing cream(i'll leave it to ur preferances)

2_u should not wash ur hair daily cuz u already have a dry hair so wash ur hair once a week,if u r an active girl then wash it twice but do not forget to use a good shampoo that suits ur hair type(a shampoo or dry and weak hair)

a deep conditioner too and a mask every week(i will leave it to ur preferance too)

if u have a tight budget and cant afford expensive hair care product then i can recommand for u some natural hair mask for u(which i prefere more cuz they r more affordable and do not contain chemicals like other cosmetices)but u have to answer my few questions first and i am waiting for ur email,do not hesitate to mail me.

From your kitchen.... try making a mask out of banana, avacodo and olive oil mashed together, apply, leave on 20 min, shampoo amd condition as normal afterwards.

From the drugstore.... I just tried a new product, Charles Worthington Dream Hair. Use the stuff for damaged hair, I found that it made my hair silky and lovley

From the salon..... Pureology all the way! This stuff is pricey but it will SAVE yor hair!!!

Im A HUGE ADVOCATE!

Just simple tips...... try to avoid heat styling of any kind for a bit during the recovery phase, only used covered elastics, NEVER shampoo every day (condition every day, shampoo every other), use extra moisturizing product once a week!

I was in da same situation as ur's four months back, one of my frnz asked me 2 try Sunsilk-velvety soft(yellow bottle). Before i used this shampoo I had tried nearly 101 shampoos but nothing worked on my dry, rough, kind of unmanagable hair but atlast that was da 1 which worked on my hair, it had instantly turned silky, soft n shiny .TRY THIS!!!, I bet it'll work in some 5-6 applications, but use a bit more quantity n atleast once in 3 days.

Mine was the same way and then my hairdresser recommended a conditioner called Terax. It is without a doubt the best conditioner I have ever, ever tried. It is a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for. Where I live you can only buy it at a salon.

I suggest "Kerphix" by "Nexxus". If your hair is long use a tablespoon if short a teaspoon of the product. Distribute the product evenly throughout your hair and place a plastic bag over your hair. Heat a dampened old towel in the microwave and turban it around your hair. Let cool and rinse with cool water. Repeat weekly. Do not expect over night results. It may take several treatments before your hair is back in shape.

I've been a licensed cosmetologist for thirty years.

Hope this helps and good luck.
