i am a frequatant swimmer, i swim 6 days a week and dive 2 days a week, so i need help to keep my hair healthy

If you rinsed it very well should get most of it out, then put a small amount of conditioner thru it. But you would probably need to shampoo and condition it every second day, as frequent shampooing will remove the natural oils.

yes. people don't know it but cold water washes out the chlorine. also if you don't already wear a cap, you should do that too.

If you wet your hair in the shower before swimming, your hair soaks up the unchlorinated water like a sponge so it won't soak up as much chlorine.

I don't know about cold water, but there are 2 good swim shampoo/conditioner brands that at least get the smell out, but they claim they get the chlorine out, one is UltraSwim, and the other is Malibu. UltraSwim gets the smell out, but doesn't make your hair feel any better, while Malibu's conditioner untangles your hair and somewhat softens it.

i would use tea tree shampoo that works best with me!
